tantric dearmouring

Pain to pleasure

The process often involves moving from areas of pain or discomfort to areas of pleasure and expansion. By consciously working with the body's sensations and energy, individuals can gradually release and transform the blocked energy, allowing for increased vitality, emotional healing, and a deeper connection to their authentic selves.

It can be practiced individually. This exploration may involve mindful touch, breathwork, movement, or other techniques to engage with the blocked or armoured areas gradually.

It's important to note that tantric dearmouring is a specialized practice that should be approached with caution and under the guidance of a qualified practitioner. It requires a safe and supportive environment, open communication, and a deep level of trust between the practitioner and the client.

Soft /hard dearmouring

We can distinguish between two approaches in dearmouring. It can be either soft or hard techniques. Here is the difference between these two: â€‹

Soft:

The soft dearmouring technique involves starting with gentle pressure and allowing the body to invite further engagement. It is sufficient for the pressure applied to be around a 4/10 intensity level. As the client breathes and undergoes energy transformation, their body gradually opens up, allowing for deeper penetration without the need for force. This approach focuses more on working with energy rather than heavy physical pressure.

Hard:

In contrast, hard dearmouring involves using elbows and applying significant physical force, often resulting in extreme pain. However, there are relatively few instances where hard dearmouring is necessary because most issues can be addressed effectively with the soft approach.
