holistic healing coaching
Holistic means looking at or treating something as a whole, rather than focusing on individual parts. In practice, a holistic approach involves looking at the whole picture and understanding how different elements interact and influence each other to create a comprehensive understanding or solution.
My focus is primarily on physically observed pain and problems. Still, overall I aim to promote physical and mental well-being by using not only physical but also emotional and energetic approaches.

Somatic Bodywork
The body often remembers what the mind may have forgotten.
Bodywork seeks to connect with and release stored, unprocessed emotions, trauma, and stress within the body. By activating the body, we can access and release these deep-seated experiences.
In a bodywork session, I guide individuals on a journey where they are encouraged to be their most authentic and vulnerable selves, exploring their deepest wounds by connecting to their own bodies and what is stored and unprocessed. During this process, I maintain a safe environment, especially as they navigate between states of alertness and safety. It's crucial to avoid re-traumatization, which can occur if someone moves too quickly or stays too long in an alert state. The goal is not to retraumatize, but to release what is held in the body—such as energy, emotions, stress, and trauma. Through specific breathing techniques, we can activate the body's healing processes. I support you in this journey of activation and release using various methods, including energy work, tapping, different types of touch, massage, shaking, and more.
It can be beneficial for:
- Trauma management: People with bigger traumas, sexual trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, anxiety, panic attacks
- Stress management: For those who are highly stressed, feel broken and disconnected from their body, unbalanced, and unsatisfied with their life.
- Beneficial for those who are stuck with talk therapy: who tried but are stuck with talk therapy and want to work this their bodies
- In the case of psychosomatic disorders, that have a psychological origin
- Chronic pain: those who have tried many treatments but nothing has worked
Release negative energy, stuck emotions, stress and trauma
Tap into things that the body remembers but the mind might have forgotten
Using different movement and breathing techniques for releasing stress and help with healing
Re-Connect with your body and its wisdom
Chronic Pain
Chronic pain is a complex experience, physically felt but often rooted in various underlying causes. While the pain manifests in the body, its origins can be deeply intertwined with emotional stress, unresolved trauma, or psychological factors. This is why treating chronic pain holistically is essential.

A holistic approach recognizes that pain isn’t just a physical symptom but a signal that something more profound might be at play. Emotional stress, for instance, can exacerbate pain, creating a vicious cycle where physical discomfort fuels emotional distress and vice versa. Similarly, past trauma, whether physical or emotional, can leave lasting imprints on the body, manifesting as chronic pain long after the initial injury or experience has passed.

By addressing chronic pain holistically, we look beyond the symptoms to explore potential emotional, psychological, and lifestyle factors contributing to the pain. This might involve therapy to process unresolved trauma, stress management techniques to reduce tension in the body, and practices that promote emotional resilience and well-being.

In this way, holistic treatment not only seeks to alleviate physical pain but also to heal the mind and spirit, offering a more comprehensive and lasting solution.

Honoring the Pain: A Deeper Understanding

What is pain?
It's not just discomfort; it's your body’s alert system, signaling that something crucial has been overlooked—whether it's a physical need, an emotional boundary, or the difficulty of saying "No" or "Yes." Pain arises when we stray from authenticity or when stress is stored in the body. In today’s fast-paced world, it's easy to miss these signals, to push through rather than pause. But pain is your body's way of demanding attention and care.

Connecting with your body, and with others, is essential for healing. Yet, true connection requires vulnerability. Authenticity and growth are the cornerstones of healing, which isn't about eliminating pain but becoming flexible in the face of it. Healing means gaining the ability to reset faster, to release the pain when it arises.

Take note: when does your pain increase? What happened during those times? While many solutions can provide temporary relief, recurring pain invites us to dig deeper. Instead of rushing to get rid of pain, what if we took the time to understand it? Yes, we all want quick relief—painkillers exist for that very reason. I've done it too, reaching for a pill to silence a headache so I can keep going. But in doing so, we often ignore the very signals our bodies are using to protect us.
What if, instead of just silencing pain, we learned to listen to it? By doing so, we can work toward a more stable, lasting solution, one that honors our body’s wisdom rather than overriding it.
Tantric Dearmouring
Pain to pleasure
The process often involves moving from areas of pain or discomfort to areas of pleasure and expansion. By consciously working with the body's sensations and energy, individuals can gradually release and transform the blocked energy, allowing for increased vitality, emotional healing, and a deeper connection to their authentic selves. It can be practiced individually.
This exploration may involve mindful touch, breathwork, movement, or other techniques to engage with the blocked or armoured areas gradually. It's important to note that tantric dearmouring is a specialized practice that should be approached with caution and under the guidance of a qualified practitioner. It requires a safe and supportive environment, open communication, and a deep level of trust between the practitioner and the client.
Soft /hard dearmouring
We can distinguish between two approaches in dearmouring. It can be either soft or hard techniques. Here is the difference between these two:

Soft:
The soft dearmouring technique involves starting with gentle pressure and allowing the body to invite further engagement. It is sufficient for the pressure applied to be around a 4/10 intensity level. As the client breathes and undergoes energy transformation, their body gradually opens up, allowing for deeper penetration without the need for force. This approach focuses more on working with energy rather than heavy physical pressure.

Hard:
In contrast, hard dearmouring involves using elbows and applying significant physical force, often resulting in extreme pain. However, there are relatively few instances where hard dearmouring is necessary because most issues can be addressed effectively with the soft approach.
Feeling Conscious
I feel the numbness all around us and my mission is to break the ice. I want to be visible and let the feelings fly.
Susan Davis gave a great talk about the gift and power of emotional courage. There is a quote I valued from her sharing:
"When we push aside normal emotions to embrace false positivity, we lose our capacity to develop skills to deal with the world as it is. The radical acceptance of all our emotions - is the cornerstone to resilience, thriving, and true authentic happiness."
What are normal emotions anyway? I think all of them are normal and valid. We just tend to suppress most of them, especially those that are considered "negative".
I invite you to change this and start to feel, get clarity, and be empowered by your 4 feelings - sadness, fear, joy, and anger!
The rest of the feelings are the mix of these 4 and it is key to consciously unmix them, listening closely to what each one reveals. Here lies the gold, the deep insights that guide your path.

It's crucial to distinguish between feelings and emotions. Feelings are fleeting, lasting only a few minutes, offering quick insights into your current state. Emotions, however, are deeply rooted, often stemming from past experiences, particularly from childhood. These emotions, although formed long ago, continue to influence your present reactions and behaviors when triggered.
By engaging with these emotions, you begin to recognize how they shape your thoughts, behaviors, and interactions. This process allows you to untangle these deep-seated emotions from your current feelings, giving you clarity and insight. It's about honoring each emotion as a vital part of who you are and understanding the important role it plays in your life. Through this deeper understanding, you can integrate these emotions in a way that promotes healing, growth, and a greater sense of inner peace.
Emotional Healing Process is the way of working on these emotions from the past.
A listening space can be also offered when you have the time to express anything you need with some guidance and possibility offers.

Emotional healing process

The emotional healing process can be a powerful journey of self-discovery and growth. It is based on feeling conscious. By expressing and exploring past emotions, understanding where they are coming from, and the survival strategies we carry but serve us no more, layer by layer.

The process of emotional healing is not about releasing or getting rid of these emotions but engaging with them deeply. It's about understanding the underlying mechanisms that keep these emotions alive and influential in your life. These emotions are integral to who you are, each serving an important purpose. However, over time, strategies and attachments form around them, blending with your present feelings and creating confusion.

The goal of this healing process is to disentangle these emotions from your current feelings, allowing you to gain clarity and access to the wisdom each emotion holds. By navigating through this process, you can uncover the deeper meaning behind your emotions, finding the gold—the valuable insights and growth opportunities that lie within.

Strength and Conditioning Training
Strength training offers numerous benefits that go beyond just building muscle. It can significantly enhance your quality of life by improving your ability to perform everyday tasks more easily and effectively. This type of exercise strengthens your muscles and joints, which can help protect them from injury, reducing the risk of common issues like strains or sprains.

Additionally, strength training contributes to better balance, which is crucial for reducing the risk of falls, particularly as you age. Maintaining muscle mass and joint stability through regular strength training can help you stay independent longer, making it easier to carry out daily activities without assistance. This can be especially important for older adults, as it helps preserve mobility and overall physical function, allowing for a more active and fulfilling lifestyle.

Strength and conditioning training, which includes exercises designed to improve both muscle strength and overall physical fitness, offers a wide range of health benefits. It impacts various aspects of health:

In summary, strength and conditioning training offers a comprehensive array of health benefits that extend far beyond muscle building. It supports overall physical and mental well-being, helps manage and prevent chronic diseases, enhances daily functioning, and contributes to a longer, healthier life.
However, I have to emphasize that a holistic approach to health and healing is essential and it does not stop with the strength and conditioning training.
Incorporating strength and conditioning exercises into your routine is certainly a valuable component of a healthy lifestyle. However, it's important to recognize that overall health is the result of a combination of various factors, each playing a crucial role in your well-being and healing.

Injury prevention and rehabilitation

I propose to dig deeper and understand the cause of the issue by looking at it from different perspectives. When I first studied Movement Science, I started by checking the issue physically. However, we do not stop here. I also aim to help you prevent and recover from an injury using a holistic approach. Primarily physical exercises, kinesio taping, massage, and natural remedies are utilized in the process besides emotional healing as a part of the procedure. We translate the signals of your body and look at other layers of the physical response.
Injury rehabilitation and prevention used to be my primary focus. I especially dig deeper into ACL injuries and their treatment with balance training and novel technologies such as the use of external focus in therapy. My main approaches include balance training and novel techniques such as external focus. Besides that physical activity, pain management, mobility work, and strength (re)building are included in both rehabilitation and prevention. Movement science is the main part of my professional background.
