The Gathering of Tribes was not just another event—it was a pioneering experience for a new era, designed to bring together impact-driven entrepreneurs, change-makers, activists, and community builders. Part conference, part festival, this co-created gathering celebrated the regenerative ecosystem while inspiring real action. It was a space for those seeking to build purpose-driven initiatives, and impact businesses, villages, or communities. A place to learn, connect, dance, and celebrate the spirit of collaboration.
The heart of this gathering was unity, acceptance, freedom, and deep intuition. Personally, my experience was guided by trusting my gut feeling at every step. Whether it was heading toward the main stage or weaving through the garden, I followed my intuition and always ended up exactly where I needed to be, meeting the right people at the right time. It was a powerful lesson in surrendering to the flow, despite my occasional doubts or worries about missing connections and opportunities.
Time can often feel like it's slipping away, a common concern of mine. But here, I was constantly reassured that trusting my instincts led me to the perfect place where I met those people who I meant to be. This event taught me to rely on my intuition, a lesson that unfolded beautifully in this space of shared openness and connection.
One of the most remarkable aspects of the Gathering of Tribes was the ease of meeting people. Wherever I went, I encountered incredible, open-hearted, and open-minded individuals, ready to share conversations, hugs, and energy. There was a strong sense of belonging that enveloped the entire space. As day turned to night and the music swelled, the atmosphere shifted into that of a festival, yet it remained grounded in deep, authentic connections with people and nature.
For us, the gathering also offered a powerful opportunity to connect with other women. It became a perfect environment for networking and building meaningful relationships. I met radiant women with a shared desire to uplift and support one another. As we spoke about the Women’s Radiance Collective, I saw sparks in their eyes and excitement about joining this mission. It was clear that there are many female spaceholders out there seeking not only to give but also to receive support and a sense of belonging in a true sisterhood beyond modern culture and spirituality.
One of the biggest topics of the gathering that I encountered was the challenges and the ways to change patriarchy. To create a next culture including conscious men and women where we all thrive together. This question still echoes in my head, how this is possible to achieve?
To create a Next Culture where conscious men and women thrive together, we must build a community rooted in mutual respect, collaboration, and emotional intelligence. This culture values deep connections, radical honesty, vulnerability and personal responsibility, where each individual is committed to their own growth and the collective well-being.
In this new paradigm, both men and women consciously step into their power, breaking free from outdated gender roles and societal conditioning. We foster an environment of shared leadership, where everyone’s voice is heard, and contributions are valued. Through intentional practices such as authentic communication, emotional processing, and co-creation, we cultivate spaces of trust and support.
Thriving together means embracing diversity, honoring our differences, and recognizing our interconnectedness. In this Next Culture, we are not just surviving or adapting, but flourishing—living in alignment with our highest potential and Being, co-creating regenerative systems, and supporting each other in becoming the most authentic versions of ourselves. Together, we can build a world where both men and women rise, heal, and thrive side by side.
This experience reaffirmed the idea that we as women are all out there, searching for our tribe—a sisterhood that empowers us, provides the support we need, and creates possibilities for collective growth. The Gathering of Tribes reminded me that the services we offer and the connections we make have the power to change lives. Together, we can co-create something greater than ourselves, a world built on collaboration, empowerment, and love.
